Investors need to bring in higher caliber leadership who know how the tech industry works and actually have experience in manufacturing.

More than 70% of the SDR org failed to hit even 50% of quota due to recent changes in SOPs and the way we are allowed to prospect/accounts assigned. Upper management feels disconnected with front line employees needs.

I really love their core values such as being merit-based and have seen people move up internally to prove that. Excited to see where the company ends up down the road and I’m enjoying being along for the ride.
