If you are an AE looking to hit your OTE, turn away. There are too many AE's without en equal distribution of leads. The top AE's at the company are not hitting their OTE.

The biggest area of improvement is training and enablement. I haven't been here long so we'll see how that changes in the coming months.

Limble has always been merit-based. Those that work hard have seen a tremendous amount of success, and always got rewarded for it. It's a place of opportunity. Still very much a startup, they move quick, are constantly open to feedback and ultimately just care about driving results and value for customers and employees.
