Former Employee This company has been declining for quite some time. Outbound SDRs are given unrealistic expectations and struggle to meet their quotas. Leadership seems clueless and the company undergoes frequent changes. There’s complete lack of transparency, and you’ll be overworked and undervalued as an SDR. In January, they laid off a significant number of SDRs and are now rehiring. Be cautious before joining this company. They talk about ‘Mas Tacos,’ but leadership doesn’t live up to their words.
The product is good, but the number of resignations and quitters should give you a clear indication of the company culture.
Their obsession with beating Maintainx has overshadowed their focus on the people and being the best Limble they can be.
