It's frustrating to know where the company was two years ago and where it is today. It's been an absolute roller coaster working here and hasn't been enjoyable for awhile. Don’t worry lay offs one month next month - “hyper growth”! “Building something special” if that doesn’t scream TOXIC and CANCER as a core component to the culture of this company I don’t know what does. Stay away as far away as you can.
