Company culture and how leadership emphasizes their culture is AMAZING! Product is AMAZING as well, but company is a little more immature when it comes to sales processes. They are open to learning and growing, but they are hiring a lot more AE’s and leads are thining out, Ideal Customer Profile is not concrete since it’s a software that can be used in multiple industries which makes it hard to outbound and AE’s aren’t hitting their quota much. Opportunities are there for sure but it has to be right team, right manager, right leads coming in. Stars have to align or you have to have been there a while in order to be successful. Hope leadership is able to turn it around because the company has ALOT of potential, but it’s not quite there yet.
