Culture is not people focused at all within the revenue organization. Top performers were consistently disrespected unless you were willing to “kill yourself for work”. Opportunity to make a great W2 at the expense of mental health.

Worst job I've ever had. The CTO is a bully and has created a hostile working environment. The vp of tech was a recruiter a couple years ago. They have no idea what they are doing. Avoid at all costs.

Constant acquisitions with poorly developed GTM strategies. Leadership is very political. Litera "boasts" the majority of the AMLAW 100 but the firms that work with them hate/distrust the company; most only work with Litera because they have to, not because they want to.
