Current Employee This is a churn and burn type organization. High volume, high turnover. Support and renewals team is a mess resulting in unhappy clients which takes the rep's time away from their job. Minimal inbound lead flow.
Products are a good fit for the market - definitely a leader in the legal tech industry but need to focus on mending some customer relationships and processes to make for a better experience.
Leadership puts little to no effort in culture and only cares about weekly revenue targets.
