Current Employee Solid Solutions, Room for Growth
As an Account Executive at Litera, I have the opportunity to work with a suite of legal technology solutions designed to streamline workflows for law firms. The product portfolio is strong, with tools that genuinely improve efficiency in document drafting, knowledge management, and firm intelligence. Many clients appreciated the automation capabilities, particularly in solutions like Litera Draft and BigSquare.
That said, while the technology is robust, there are occasional challenges with implementation and product integrations, which sometimes slow the sales cycle. Additionally, pricing and packaging could be more flexible to accommodate a wider range of firm sizes.
The sales team is well-supported with an average enablement team, and leadership was generally receptive to feedback. However, internal processes and approvals could be more agile to keep pace with the evolving needs of law firms. Overall, Litera is a company with strong products, but there’s room for improvement in execution, rep pay, sales tools, and customer experience. High sales rep turnover. One Sales VP is a nightmare, she is quite condescending and I’ll leave it at that. Browse Other Reviews
