They were in hyper growth mode and things changed so fast that we couldn’t ever get anything going because they’d adjust territories and verticals. Accounts changed every couple weeks. When I left, I thanked the owners for the opportunity and they understood why I left and told me that it was their fault for not being ready for the role they hired me for.

There have been 3 CROs during my tenure at LVT (1.5 years). That plus instability on the product team has made our potential to expand with new customers pretty limited.
