Things were great then they were the lowest of lows not they are okay but still not great. C suite just wants to sell and the office just is confused everyday.

People and product are absolutely incredible. Issue is they were growing so fast that nothing stayed the same, including verticals and segments and such. It was difficult to get into a rhythm when things change so often.
