There have been 3 CROs during my tenure at LVT (1.5 years). That plus instability on the product team has made our potential to expand with new customers pretty limited. There have been multiple cycles where the sales org has been instructed to sell new products, but the products have not been delivered/deployed. Hopefully the new CRO can help drive stability and growth.

Really enjoying my work so far at LVT. They practice culture and it’s not something that’s just preached at the door. I work in sales and his is something that’s been improved over the past few months due to restructuring of leadership. Managers are awesome and vertical trajectory is transparent. Happy work life balance and awesome team work.

Not an organization for a top sales performer. Leadership has cut sales commission by 70% from what it was 3 years ago.
