My overall experience was poor due to the extremely poor leader that I reported to. This person was completely unaware, unavailable, detached, working in siloes, and rushed constantly. Brought zero value as a coach, seller, or collaborator. Once the CRO was pushed out, I was terminated at the 6-month mark. I over-delivered on all metrics given the 6-month or less tenure of my team and myself. I enjoyed working with many of the LVT team, but this company was scrambled from an organizational standpoint. Pay structure was very different compared to SaaS organizations comp plans.

I think LVT has overcorrected in the wrong direction with compensation and territory in sales in 2023. In earlier years there was great money to me made but now it feels that the company is more greedy and are just wanting to cram in ARR at any cost so they can exit ASAP and cash out. Great product market fit. Encouraged to get in front of customer. Free pilot program. All great. Commission structure, and payout process are way out of whack. Leadership is a bit of a mess.
