The sales organization has world class leaders who are highly proficient in strategy and closing movements. They also displayed a very high willingness to provide sellers the resources they need to succeed, including their personal attention to specific deals. I would highly recommend the Sales Leadership team at LogicMonitor to anyone.

Quota is unattainable with so many variables in order to hit full attainment you need to be a math genius to figure it out. High price. Marketing is terrible, most reps dont come close to hitting goal. Mgmt doesnt seemed concerned with this. Typical for a Vista owned PE firm

Core product has strong fit within the market for it's intended use cases. Comp structure is so/so but aligns with any PE owned SaaS company. Sales leadership is strong / knowledgable / helpful but the majority of the c-suite has lacks deep of the product, competitive market, and buyer persona.
