Former Employee Leadership struggled to train effectively or understand how to approach large accounts. The software wasn't capable of being Enterprise, the leadership team was unwilling to make modifications to the software to meet customer needs. ENT inbound leads would not go to ENT reps. Could be a great product but lacked a great deal of vision.
