Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was ok. When I joined Loopio in 2020 the company was much smaller and the culture was awesome. There were plenty of opportunities to go around and we were growing like crazy. Leadership was at an all time high during this time as well. As the company kept growing, things started to get worse and Loopio was over-hiring individual contributors which resulted in much worse quota attainment and overall disappointment. It went from lots of growth opportunities to practically zero. Overall I learnt a lot here in my first year and a half but after that it seemed we went the wrong way.
