Bad leadership, pricing too high, unfair treatment between reps, toxic culture, poor communication, good product and growth opportunities if you can deal with the above. Theres a reason 99% of US rep don’t makes it past a year..

not a great experience, poor leadership. Terrible tech stack (proprietary CRM). Unrealistic targets and toxic culture. WFH was an earned right based on performance and the OTE that was advertised did not match the targets set. In the last 2 months 40% of the sales team have quit out of frustration. Pros - The product is pretty incredible compared to industry competitors.
