An appalling Mike Lynch shop - constant dealings in bad faith with employees and customers Product doesn’t operate as advertised, constant technical shortfall and hugely toxic culture. Far below market base pay (some reps on less than £30k gbp) - half commission is deferred by a year and if you leave or are fired they will not pay your remaining comms. Avoid at all costs.

not great, toxic old school sales environment. Atmosphere was competitive but in a negative way. AEs pitched against each other. Basically nobody was hitting target except 1 or 2 reps (out of 30+) Junior AEs given targets of $100,000 but base salary was way way way below industry standard.
