Moral is low after over 2 years of sales reps not hitting quota. Lots of internal change, some good some bad. Feels like there's little room for growth right now, but a lot could change in the next year. Overall, the mission and the product is great so most people don't want to leave despite a suffering culture.

My overall experience is that most team members fall between 30-80% of quota attainment. Less than 5% of outbound opportunities move to close won in the first year, and most require an RFP.
