Former Employee It was difficult to move roles with the leadership that was in place. They would expect you to stay in your role for a longer than market average time to be promoted. Regardless of performance. A BDR spent 3+ years in their role while meeting/exceeding quota. On the bright side a large majority of them have moved on to different companies from my time there.
