Former Employee MNTN is a stellar product that is highly recognized in the industry and easy to set up demos for and sell. However, I did not feel like leadership was always transparent. I also felt like SDR development was an afterthought, and promotions were often a game of 'which SDR knows leadership the best'. MNTN would do well to implement a clear and objective promotion process, so as to not lose talented SDRs to burnout.
