Current Employee Really like working here. Tons of autonomy, Great SDR managers, remote, huge book of business per SDR. Tech stack has become significantly better over the last year. Remote work, great healthcare, fun offsites, flexible schedule. Keep the volume of contacts up and you’re likely to hit quota.
It’ll likely take several years to get promoted but the job security and money are solid.
Con: sales skills training from the org is close to non-existent so come in with sales experience
