Former Employee My overall experience was good in the beginning. I worked there for over 10 years in various roles, starting in local and ending in a National Role. That did not happen for most. But then, most people don’t last 10 years anymore. Many leadership changes occurred during that time that kept changing the culture. When I left, it was unbearable and I’ve heard things have changed a lot since then. All of the leaders that made things terrible have retired or moved on. Which is good for EVERYONE!
