Poor vision for the company and not a clear answer on how to hit my goal and what that goal was. Plus no clear answer on the payment structure.

Leadership is lacking drastically at Spectrio especially the CEO and CFO. With the reps to management ratio, there should be a better work environment and relationship. It seems to keep getting worse and the commission plan is impossible to hit. Turnover is high and the sales team has an extremely low morale.
