Quota attainment is historically impossible as management struggles to reach unrealistic revenue goals with fewer and fewer employees, inferior product offering. Client retention is abysmal because our account management team is traditionally recent college grads or someone escaping a career in retail sales. “Hire & Fire” / “Burn & Churn” is in Madwire’s DNA. A company and product that has outlived it’s value and impact.

My experience was great for many of the years at this company, but has declined over the past 2. Not sure where the company is headed think they are unsure of who their target audience is and how to keep employees.
