Good so far. Sometimes we might expecta dip in numbers due to the market turbulence, however, we never had an overestimated quota which literally helps us to work calmly. Yet, we have to be on toes during quarter ends. Typical Sales!

Constant restructuring of leadership leads to lack of consistency for sales development, as well as career growth. Some leaders will be open to working with developing you for future opportunities, others will maintain you down a narrow hallway where only a few doors are presented to you.
