Former Employee Typical story of over hiring, less than 20% of people hit quota in 2024 (at least on the team I was on), product market fit is there but there are hundreds of other CMMS systems out there that are very similar and MaintainX isn't THAT much better to justify the higher prices. Multiple feature requests from sales reps that have been "needs" for prospects that go ignored so we lost multiple deals, long term AE's hoard opps in their pipeline for 2+ years and leadership changed lead routing so the "better inbound" leads go to reps who have been there longer vs the original round robin. Zero DEI initiatives and great place if you were a former frat boy. Sales leadership above frontline managers don't provide value for reps except discounting. Browse Other Reviews
