Malwarebytes provides standard cybersecurity products. There is nothing unique about them. The company reacts to the market, so they are always 2-3 years late. A good company in this space will anticipate needs, create a solution, and led customers to offensive stance on cybersecurity. Malwarebytes is not doing that.
The sales territories change each year. Reps are stretched thin. Quotas are the same for everyone. This shows leadership does not understand the markets or the company's position in the market.
Rolling layoffs happen every 6 months across the entire company, so employees are on edge. Leadership says the company is doing good, but decisions are made like the company is drowning.
