It had a typical Silicon Valley bro sales culture, with a healthy dose of nepotism & lots of material perks. Terrible product market fit, however. They were convinced they could compete with the likes of Crowdstrike in the enterprise space but the product fell flat.

The culture and day to day at this company is the best I have experienced out of anywhere I have worked but the compensation could be more competitive. I generally really like working for this company.

With little to no inbound leads or meetings set from SDR's and high quotas Malwarebytes has a long way to go in terms of how they compensate their sellers
