Compensation is above local market average but below global market average. Very flexible and open environment, ideal for self-starters. Not a sales-driven organisation though, too much power from product and finance and loads of unnecessary processes and policies. If you have a good manager, you'll enjoy it, if you haven't, you are doomed as leadership is very poor.

The company is going down. Product Market Fit is missing and culture is toxic. No real leadership and the new CEO & CRO haven't sold anything in their life.
