Management is now withholding commissions earned until you hit at least 50% of your yearly quota. Then it goes up incrementally as you get closer to 100% of yearly quota. No incentive to exceed quota.

I joined the company shortly after it was acquired by Norwest Equity Partners. Word was back when the company was employee owned, it was an incredible environment for the sales organization. Shortly thereafter, the life of it dried up. Hard to say if that's still the case today.

Best fit for the 1-50 employee orgs - aside from that Marco usually isn't considered to be a player in the IT space

I do not recommend working with company. Have you wish to go somewhere with your career this could be a pitstop for you but don’t plan to stay long-term.
