I’ve been a high perming rep at this company for 20 years. The culture was one of the best until Marco was acquired by an equity firm. Over the past 5 years the culture has disappeared and the compensation continues to get cut.

Lots of restructuring to meet PE ownership goals. Can be well compensated. Not a known player in most markets outside of headquarters territory.
