Current Employee Overall Marcus evans is an okay company to work for. The onboarding is actually okay if you’re new to sales and you’ll learn a lot but for me personally it’s not the place to build a whole long term career at. The base compensation is very low but you could make up for it by commission. Expect to make about 50-60k here your first year. Great team fun people to work with and the culture is nice but outside of that there isn’t much that sticks out here.
