Overall, MARSH MCLENNAN Agency is a wonderful organization to sell for. I am young in my sales career and selling a commercial insurance product is extremely difficult. I recommend this role for someone who has built a network and is trusted in the community already.

Need to be full-cycle sales rep from building a list, to manually sending emails, calls, first meeting, and beyond. Lots of amazing tools and great people that are willing to help but don't expect any pipeline support from marketing or sales.
