Work life balance was great. There is a disconnect between management and employees, the company is exceeding growth targets while employee annual increment is below inflation.

Need to be full-cycle sales rep from building a list, to manually sending emails, calls, first meeting, and beyond. Lots of amazing tools and great people that are willing to help but don't expect any pipeline support from marketing or sales.

Overall good company, but almost non existent when it comes to any team environment. All of the old dogs have all the accounts so you have to ask to be on any account you may have a relationship with. Very much a “split the opportunity”’ company.
