Former Employee It's hourly (1.5*state minimum) OR commissions; whichever is higher. Standard corporate benefits. PTO is accrued. First 6-12 months will be the learning curve (they do have a good training program depending on if the trainer is volun-told vs actually cares. Tons of continuous training if you enjoy the process of becoming a master of your craft. But once you really hit your stride and if you can finalize $83,000/mo on average (= $1M annually), then you can make upwards of $100,000+ in commissions.
