My overall experience is that there is alot of opportunity and market share to get into here but must be self motivated and willing to create processes/cadence/sales flow.

Account manager roles I would describe as an in between stage. It’s a stepping stone and requires financial sacrifice as you work your way to a BDM role. I would never recommend this position to anyone. However if you are willing to stick it out, BDM role unlocks the potential to have an amazing comp structure in a growing market.

Experience is great for entry level candidates, high potential for career growth. Downside is burnout and not very secure business due to working with human capital.
