Good overall experience at Maxio. The training, culture and product are all positives. Sales leadership is decent, other than there is very little work/life balance.

The organization has it's growing pains (like any company) but overall it's a good team to be a part of. The definition of a "qualified opportunity" requires a high barrier to entry but the compensation structure is near the top of the market.

Maxio is going in the right direction, but has had challenges like any scale up software company. The recent acquisition of a CPQ is exciting. Solid job overall with some growth opportunity

Decent company. They've had two layoffs. There is product market fit. The market is very saturated with many competitors. poor inbound lead qualify. You will have to do a lot of out-bounding, like 90%.
