McGraw Hill is a phenomenal place to work, in my opinion/experience. I've worked in inside sales, field sales, marketing, and sales leadership and I can confidently say that the culture and leadership are MH's best assets. Compensation has improved with bonus/incentive plans becoming more lucrative. Forthcoming IPO (July 2025) should be intriguing for a company that has been held by PE for the last ~15-20 years.

Overall, McGraw-Hill was a fantastic company to work for. Culture was great, products were solid and it was overall a great experience. Pay was a bit low compared to typical SaaS roles in EdTech, but otherwise it was a great opportunity.
