Current Employee McGraw Hill is a phenomenal place to work, in my opinion/experience. I've worked in inside sales, field sales, marketing, and sales leadership and I can confidently say that the culture and leadership are MH's best assets. Compensation has improved with bonus/incentive plans becoming more lucrative. Forthcoming IPO (July 2025) should be intriguing for a company that has been held by PE for the last ~15-20 years.
