Accountants who don’t know the medical business are now the most influential leaders over the sales teams. This New leadership is disregarding the companies greatest assets ….its people …..sales reps especially. The company is too big to fail but the new profitability over people approach is taking a devastating toll on employees. This new culture of “Out of touch Leadership” is unprecedented and having a huge negative impact in employee engagement and morale.

Great place to work. Lots of competing priorities & they invest too much time and resources to support an inefficient, expensive and antiquated field sales model. Otherwise great culture, there are development opportunities if you fit the corporate mold, but pay is excellent. If you are in sales and you work hard and do the right things you can make a lot of money.Read More
