Currently working as a pharmacy sales consultant. McK changed their comp plan from a revenue based structure to a Gross Profit structure. Reps earn 5% of GP that’s above plan. Generate $1M in revenue for the company, earn $50k at year end. As I write this review, 12 out of 87 reps are meeting plan and the forecast for the remainder of the year is bleak to say the least. Market is tough in community pharmacy right now.

My overall experience was subpar. Expectations were high for a Fortune 10 company. Reputation within the org is more important than leadership acumen.
