Impactful product however, oversaturated market. No professional growth structure. Lousy leadership. Multiple RIFs/layoffs, 3 comp plan changes within 2 years

Sketchy company with cash issues. They will lay you off so quickly if you don't exceed quota

Nails on the chalkboard with turnover. Need to expand to other markets, then will be very profitable. No urgency to do so, uneducated VC directives who are completely out of touch what's happening on the ground floor.
