company is great in regards to smart, hardworking people. everyone is willing to help. however with constant goal post changing, leadership turnover and no clear growth trajectories it is hard to stay for a long time and growth within the company.

I enjoy working here, I find the product to be best in class. The leadership shift has changed the culture and that makes it less enjoyable

Very fair company to work for under a classic SaaS model. Things made more difficult by Dassault acquisition, lots of red tape. Lots of heavy hitting reps have left recently.
