The worst, please don't do it. You will be worked for over 12 hours a day for very very minimal compensation. The company does not care about their employees. The CEO, while so nice, has no idea what is happening with the lower and middle management at this company. They play favorites, hold leads, and I would not recommend this role to anyone.

My overall experience had pros/cons. There's a lot of great people that work at this org. The culture though is very cutthroat and if you do not produce, or your team does not produce, there will be cuts made.
