My overall experience had pros/cons. There's a lot of great people that work at this org. The culture though is very cutthroat and if you do not produce, or your team does not produce, there will be cuts made. I am not sure if remote teammates will have the opportunity to move up in the company, since most of the company is work hybrid. Overall it's great opportunity for someone who is an A player, and is on the right team at this org. There is lots of opportunity to make decent money. The benefits and PTO are generous.

The worst, please don't do it. You will be worked for over 12 hours a day for very very minimal compensation. The company does not care about their employees. The CEO, while so nice, has no idea what is happening with the lower and middle management at this company. They play favorites, hold leads, and I would not recommend this role to anyone.
