Unrealistic quota goals, placing PIP’s even on some of their best reps, firing an entire inside sales team with highly qualified individuals, and massive decreases in commission structure in the range of $100k for many reps. STAY AWAY as leadership will bring what was one a reputable company down the crapper

I don't believe that sales leadership has taken into account how the market is changing and the difficulties that non-acute care reps are now facing. Additionally, they have made our growth goals almost impossible to reach compared to years past.
