Many top-down changes have occurred over the past year. I don't believe that sales leadership has taken into account how the market is changing and the difficulties that non-acute care reps are now facing. Additionally, they have made our growth goals almost impossible to reach compared to years past.

The culture has changed significantly and is no longer the way it used to be. It is less money with more work.

Not a good experience. Though there are multiple products to sell, there was a very fragmented approach to customer engagement.

Medline is a great company for someone who is wanting to get their feet wet in medical sales. There has been a lot of changes to leadership as of late. Medline continues to grow at a high mark but this does cause some challenges. High turnover and the fact that it is growing creates a lot of new positions.
