Medline continues to grow at a high mark but this does cause some challenges. High turnover and the fact that it is growing creates a lot of new positions.

Since you’re a distributor, you support hospitals and everything they buy from gauze to capital equipment. Many of the items you sell you don’t get commission or sales credit on so you lose motivation with large ticket items.
