Company is growing rapidly in physician office space. But they grind reps to dust in order to do so. Since you’re a distributor, you support hospitals and everything they buy from gauze to capital equipment. Many of the items you sell you don’t get commission or sales credit on so you lose motivation with large ticket items.

Team is newer and developing as a whole. Lots of younger less experienced sales reps that are all coming into their own through expansion territories. Goals were tough but attainable

Company is changing and not what it used to be since PE got involved. Quota's are unattainable and an entire inside sales team let go. Sales numbers are increasing every year while commissions decrease. Good place to start in Medical Sales with a wide product portfolio to gain experience. I would not recommend with current expectations and changes.
