Team is newer and developing as a whole. Lots of younger less experienced sales reps that are all coming into their own through expansion territories. Goals were tough but attainable

Commission percentage fluctuates based on profitability of products sold. Margins are often tight, sometimes even negative so average commission percentage was 2 percent. In addition the house draw is aggressive. My house draw currently eats 85% of my commissions. So even at plan (hitting quota) I’d make 64k in commission for the year. Not a good experience. Though there are multiple products to sell, there was a very fragmented approach to customer engagement.

Quota is extremely hard to achieve now a days. Quotas are given out without a lot of thought behind them. A lot of reps feeling discouraged or leaving.
