Great at times and challenging at other times. Mostly great people. Has had recent leadership change for the better. Depending on the BU MDT is a great companies with flaws like everywhere else.

The company was great to work for but I really disliked working in the CRM division. The work life balance was terrible and I don’t think I was fairly compensated for it. After two years the next step up wasn’t until 7 years. They made annual raises difficult to hit exceeds on most categories meaning you were fighting to match inflation.
